Registration can be completed here.

Some important info:

• The number of on-site participants is limited to enhance one-on-one interactions and to contain the carbon footprint of the symposium.
• The number of remote participants is not limited.
• All on-site participants should attend the entire symposium (from Tuesday 2PM to Friday 12PM).
• Registration and payment will be done simultaneously.

DEADLINES

• Abstract submission: January, 15th 2024
  
• Registration (on-site): February, 18th 2024
  
• Registration (remote): March, 24th 2024
  

REGISTRATION FEES

• PhD Students: 200 €
  
• Academia: 300 €
  
• Industry (companies): 600 €
  
• Remote: 200 €
  
• UniCA members (on-site/remote): 0 €
  

Registration fees include:

• Attendance to all the scientific sessions of the symposium with Q&A for both on-site and remote participants.
• Meals and coffee breaks during the sessions for on-site participants.
• Welcome cocktail (April 2nd) and social night (April 4th) for on-site participants.

 Cancellation policy

• 100% refund until February, 18th 2024
• 50% refund from February, 19th to March 15th 2024
• No refund after March, 15th 2024
